After college, I moved to a new city for a job where I knew absolutely no one. I started going to the gym, exercising more, and became interested in health as a hobby. As a busy girl with a full-time job, I am trying to live in a healthy way that still lets me have a social life! I like to try new foods and figure out ways to make healthy choices while staying balanced and still having fun.
I have always been active, running cross country and track in high school and continuing to run on my own throughout college. Now, I’ve expanded my interests to also include spin, yoga, circuit and interval workouts, and anything that can get me outside! I teach spin and run regularly, but have other interests outside of the health world including reading, movies, travelling, and volunteering.
